This is insulated and could comfortably sleep year round in. It also comes with a folding kids bunk and storage underneath. This comes with basic camping cooking gear (cast iron skillet, spatula, tongs, wooden spoon, cutting board, knife and a stainless steel bowl). It also comes with a heavy duty Coleman camp kitchen with sink and stove. You can add on a cooler, 2 chairs, and Water storage container for a add on fee, if not bring your own equipment. You must bring your own bedding (sleeping bags or comforter, blankets, and pillows) we do not supply those.****You must have a 2 inch ball and hitch with 4 pin connector for towing. We can supply the 2 inch ball for a fee if you do not have one.****
