If you use dish ware or cooking ware please wash your dirty items before returning the trailer. Dish washing liquid and scrubbing pads are in the unit. Excessively dirty items or return with unwashed dirty dishes will incur a charge.

This unit was rented for my wife's birthday and of course we wanted to bring the pups. Dawn was very sweet, accommodating, and helpful. This was my first time hauling a travel trailer and Dawn showed me the in's and out's of the trailer, how to hitch, un-hitch, etc. This was an incredible trip to Eleven Mile State Park from Colorado Springs and we will be renting this unit from Dawn in the future. Highly recommend!

Fantastic trailer and so well kept. Appreciated all the extras in the trailer like the bedding and kitchen accessories. The delivery and pick up was wonderful and very convenient since we cannot tow a trailer. Will use Dawn and her rig again. Josh was great to work with in getting and picking up the trailer. Thank you so much!
