The RV rental experience from Eddie and CNY RV was excellent. The RV was meticulously clean and neat when we picked it up. Eddie was very helpful getting us setup, explaining all the systems, and giving rookies like us lots of advice and tips. They were there for us when we had an issue with the electrical system, and drove over 2 hours to our campground to diagnose and replace a part (on a Sunday). They did the repair while we were off on a day trip, and had things all fixed that afternoon. I can't say enough about that level of customer service, which is becoming more and more rare these days. The Lance 1995 was perfect for 2 people, and our small dog. We had all that we could want in the kitchen for cooking and cleaning, etc. I would highly recommend CNY RV, and would rent from them again in a heartbeat!
