It has brand new tires and bearings, and the brakes work great!The master bed is an amazing iComfort memory foam mattress that is a dream to sleep on after a long day of playing! It has a large air conditioner that can run from a 4kW generator.All the plumbing including the water heater and shower work. Two large propane tanks!
