This light weight trailer is all set up for your backwoods adventures. With the camping essentials and at-home amenities, you are sure to have a relaxing, memorable trip.Lightweight RV that comfortably sleeps two with the option of one on the couch. Full bed in the front with gel memory foam mattress topper. Generators are included to run A/C and charge batteries. Lighting in and outside. We will provide washable dishware, silverware and cups. There will be a stovetop percolator for your morning coffee and basic pots and pans. For an additional charge disposable dishes, silverware and cups can be requested.Stationary location: If you view the pics on the listing you will see photos of the stationary location. The camper will be parked in the field just beyond the small trees. A fire ring has been added and the door will face Columbia Mountain. There is water hook up for washing and showers, but bottled water is recommended for drinking. There is an electric hookup as well (20/30/50 AMP), which will allow for the use of the A/C, microwave etc.What's includedFresh linens (pillows with case, sheets and blankets, hand towels), camping chairs, cooler, pots, pans, dishware, silverware, board/card games, journal.The generator is also provided with a full tank of gas. The propane is also full for each renter.I ensure the fresh water is full and the grey and back tanks are empty.Other things to noteWe ask for each renter to return the camper as we sent it with you; full gas in the generator, full propane and empty grey and black tanks. We also ask that you do a general clean up of the camper and strip the sheets.If the camper is returned without full gas, propane or empty tanks, there will be fees associated with us having to do it. There will also be a cleaning fee for a returned camper that is excessively dirty. It typically takes me 45 minutes to deep clean and change sheets after a renter cleans up after themselves.
