Sleeps 5-8 see explanation of sleeping arrangements below - based on pp. size- 6 adults comfortably.Camper is well maintained. We will deliver the camper for you to any location within 2 hours of our location. (a minimum 7 days or more if more than an hour away; less than 7 days appropriate for less than an hour away from our location).- Air conditioner

- Awning - only available if inland - if on the seacoast please refrain from using.
- outdoor kitchen
- a queen sized double bunk can house one older teen or adult on each bed comfortably or 2 small children on each bunk

- queen sized bed in it's own private room with a partition wall/and curtains to offer some privacy
- tv - that can be used in main area of camper
- a second tv that can be used in queen bed room as well
- coffee pot for your usage
- microwave works fine when plugged into shore powerWhat's included• We will have towels. 1 towel pp for showering; 1 beach towel pp
• Bfast for a min. of 1 day - with farm fresh eggs; pancake batter
