Dogs are welcome (cats are not allowed) but dogs are not allowed to ride in the trailer while they are being towed or to be left in the trailer unsupervised for any period under any circumstances ~ The full list of rules and policies are included with the Rental Conditions which will require your signature to secure a reservation.CANCELLATION POLICY:95% refund will apply if the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to pick up and a 50% refund if cancelled 5 days prior to pick up. Only the cleaning fee and deposit is returned if cancelled less than 5 days in advance of pick up.PLEASE NOTE:For insurance purposes, only the verified drivers are able to drive the trailer.

We will need time for a 20 min walk around before and after trip.No smoking allowed in camper at any times. If smoke smell is detected, a service fee of $100 will be taken off for smoke remediation and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter.Pick up and drop off time is between 3pm and 5pm. Anything before or 3pm or after 5pm will have a $75 fee assessed from your security deposit.We allow 2 dogs max! But we do have a $100 fee per dog on board. No other pets allowed. Please do not allow any dog on the furniture. If there is urine or feces smell upon return, a $150 cleaning fee will be assessed from your security deposit.Trailer must be returned cleaned. All tanks must be dumped and flushed.
