Nice open floor plan. Private front bedroom with queen bed. Full bathroom with shower. The living area is roomy. With 2 slides, super slide with couch and dining table and chairs. Kitchen island with large refrigerator (3 way), Microwave, 4 burner stove and oven. Large double sink. Nice entertainment center with 40 inch TV, DVD and Radio. In great condition. Lots of cabinet and storage.

Also renters need to test their tow vehicle's 7way trailer wiring connector is in good working condition.
