Our Motor Coach is love at first sight, very spacious and super clean, it feels like a cozy little house, you will fall in love with it. RV has 2 slide outs and it gives you plenty of room. Plenty of sleeping space, living room couch converts into a bed. Dinette comes down and becomes a bed. Second dinette also converts into a bed and becomes a bunk bed. Master queen bed has an add on of 4 inch memory foam for ultra comfort. Sliding door to master bedroom gives you privacy. Bunk beds and over the cab bed also have privacy curtains. 2 dinettes gives you plenty of sitting area, if you have kids it's a great option. There's plenty of closets, drawers and storage area inside the RV and outside the RV. You will be able to fit everything you need on your trip.We will give you a complete instruction session before you drive off to your vacation destination. The session will take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how well you're familiar with RVs. We also will leave you with a print out detailing everything you need to know. We do not provide pillows or blankets. If there is any kitchen utensils you want us to provide, please feel free to ask, we might have it. If you have any questions feel free to message.Renter age requirement is 25 and up.Happy booking!What's includedYour safety is our #1 priority, we have installed tire pressure and temperature monitor for all tires that is visible to you at all times in our RV. It also has a back up camera that can be turned on during driving and gives you great visibility.RecommendationsWe have full hook ups on our property if you need to stay local. Nice place to just relax by the forest and take a walk in a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views.Other things to noteRV REQUIREMENTS: Absolutely NO Pets (due to people with allergies), NO Smoking, NO drinking alcohol beverages, NO vaping, NO towing NO Climbing or walking on roof ($500 penalty fee). RV not allowed off road. No beach driving or other non-maintained roads. We ask that you take care of it as of your own. Please inquire only if you can meet our requirements in the listing. The Motor home was great ! Very clean , plenty of room , and lots of storage . Shower was great , Bathroom countertops were big enough to put your essentials on top. Queen size bed was comfortable. No problems with responses to any questions . We would rent this again if needed !

The rig was clean, spacious, easy to drive and perfect for our group of friends that wanted an easy camping trip on Lake Hartwell. Andray made sure everything that was needed for the camper to be easily operational was there, and was easy to work with around drop off and set up.
