House Rules To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following rules before your trip. Driver Requirements Minimum 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy are permitted to drive the vehicle. No Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the van. A deodorizing and cleaning fee may apply if smoke odor is detected. Pets Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning. Clean Return Please return the van in reasonably clean condition: Remove all trash Wash dishes used Empty the refrigerator Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. Fuel Policy The van will be provided with a full tank of diesel. Please return it with a full tank. Toilet & Waste Tanks Please empty the black and gray water tanks before returning the RV unless a dump service add-on was purchased. Usage Restrictions No off-roading or driving on roads not suitable for RVs. No festivals, racing events, or large gatherings without prior approval. Towing is not permitted unless approved in advance. Awning Use Please retract the awning whenever leaving the vehicle or during windy conditions. Wind damage to awnings is one of the most common RV damages and may be charged to the renter. Height Clearance Awareness The van height is approximately 9 ft 8 in. Please be mindful of low clearances such as parkades, drive-thrus, and gas station roofs. Windshield & Road Damage The vehicle will be inspected before and after each trip. Windshield chips or cracks caused by road debris may be the renter’s responsibility. Damage & Accidents Please notify us immediately if any damage or mechanical issues occur during your trip.
