5.0We had a great time with the trailer, well suited for a small family and very well equipped. Pretty well included everything you would need and more for a trip to the wilderness. Our 10yr old son loved the bunk bed. Courtney was super responsive and accommodating to our needs.

4.0Courtney is a great host, very attentive and quick to respond to any of the concerns we had. She went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable. If you were going camping somewhere with full hookups, I would not hesitate to rent this cute little trailer from her.

-Driver must have towing experience
-Tow vehicle must be properly rated with complete towing package (i.e. towing capacity, 7 pin connection, receiver with safety chain loops, trailer brake controller or ability to use bluetooth controller)
-Towing instructions and Trailer Procedures will be provided and must be adhered to
Electrical, Water & Propane:
-Only use RV-safe extension cords and the provided surge protector when connecting to power
-This is a 30 AMP trailer. We have an adapter only for 50 to 30AMP.
-Confirm your campsite power prior and check your generator compatibility for trailer and surge protector usage
-Only potable water to be used in the trailer
-Propane to be topped up prior to return or include the add-on
Waste Management:
-ONLY RV TOILET PAPER provided to be flushed (e.g. no feminine products, wipes, or paper towels)
-Black and grey tanks must be emptied and flushed before return, or include the add-on
-Empty water in fresh water tank before return
Cleanliness & Care:
-Return trailer in the same clean condition it was received. If excessive internal or external cleaning is required, deductions will be made from the security deposit.
