Its a 2001 Coleman Fleetwood mesa 19' closed and 26' open . Has a queen bed on one side and double bed on other . Dinette converts in to bed and Setting area also converts in to single bed . It has Stove , Furnace , Refrigerator . Its easy to setup and teardown. beds cushion are in good condition and comfortable. Its a clean unit and will be sanitized prior to rent. It also has a large front storage for all your stuff. you will have good time !!! Recommendationsjust take care of it as you will take care of your own tailor :) Other things to noteno Smoking inside please .

when opening up the kitchen stove/sink slide up , make sure to lift it from the middle to have it open straight .
