Up for rent is a 3 Horse Living Quarters Gooseneck trailer. Comfortably fits 3 horses, but I regularly fit 4 (on the smaller side). The horse area has mangers and a stud divider for the first stall, and has a rear tack room with space for 4 saddles. There is under manger storage that holds a lot!
The living quarters can easily sleep 3 adults, but we regularly sleep our family of 6. It has a queen bed with memory foam topper in the gooseneck, and the dinette in the pop out converts to a bed. There's a 3 burner stove, sink, fridge/freezer, and microwave in the kitchen area. It has a rooftop A/C unit, and a propane heater controlled by a bedside thermostat. Bathroom includes toilet, shower, and storage cabinets. The trailer can be plugged into hookups, or has two batteries in series, and also comes with an older generator free to use.Because this is a large gooseneck trailer, renter will be required to supply their own 3/4 ton or larger truck with gooseneck ball.
