• As pets are allowed, any damages will be deducted from deposit. No cats allowed, as a family member is highly allergic.
• If the camp ground does not have a dump station there will be an additional 125.00 dump fee.
• Renter will be responsible to ensure the camp site is large enough to accommodate the 28foot camper and a 30amp hookup.
• At end of stay, renter is required to perform a general cleaning, disposal of all food, take out trash and personal belongings with you. If camper is not cleaned there can be an up to a $400.00 fee.
• There is no smoking allowed at all. Any smoking damaged/smells will result in an fee and be deducted from your security deposit.
