NO SMOKING/VAPING: Our rig is 100% smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside will result in an automatic $500 deep-clean fee for professional odor removal. No Roof Access: For your safety and to prevent expensive damage to the 5-slide roof seals. Late Fee: Returns after 12:00 PM without prior approval will result in a $50/hour fee. • • PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Rules: Pets must be house-trained and kept off all furniture/beds. No pets should be left unattended inside unless crated. Fees: A non-refundable fee applies. Evidence of "accidents," pet damage, or excessive hair will result in a $500 professional deep-cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit. Responsibility: Renters must clean up all waste at the campsite immediately. Any damage to screens, furniture, or flooring is the renter's full responsibility. Excessive sand, red dirt, mud, spills, food mess, pet hair, or debris beyond normal use may result in an additional deep-cleaning fee of up to $250.
