Proactive, highly supportive host
Michael assists with electrical issues, provides thorough setup, and pre-cools fridge. His wife adds thoughtful, stocked amenities. One automated booking cancellation noted.
Spotless, comfortable, well-stocked
RV is spotless, tows beautifully, features a comfortable bed, strong AC, and vintage heater. Kitchen is fully stocked, bathroom spacious, with setup tools and quiet generator option.

5.0Our trip was wonderful. The RV tows beautifully with a half‑ton truck, and aside from a couple of tiny things that didn’t affect our experience at all, everything was great. The RV was spotless when we picked it up. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the sheets are soft, and there are plenty of extra blankets stored under the bed. We also appreciated the foldable table, the broom and small vacuum, and—most importantly for us—the little vintage‑style chimney heater. That heater was priceless, especially since half of our days were in the 20s. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, paper plates, and even condiments. Big kudos to Mike’s wife—you can really see her thoughtful touch in all the details. The bathroom is spacious and well supplied with really nice towels. In a nutshell, the RV is fantastic. Mike was easy to work with, even while dealing with serious family matters, and his wife made the RV feel like a truly welcoming place to spend a few days.

1.0Our October 3–5 RV rental, booked over six weeks ahead for our 44th anniversary, ended early due to safety, sanitation, and equipment issues\. This was our first RV rental\. At pickup and setup, we found a severed emergency breakaway cable, a broken electric jack, human waste in the black tank, sulfur\-smelling water, a leaking propane tank, inadequate propane, no hot water on electricity or gas, a sticking door lock and handle, and a sewer hose too short to connect\. The host acknowledged the cable was awaiting replacement\. We reported the issues to the host and contacted Outdoorsy Roadside Assistance\. The host declined to pay for a technician to complete repairs\. Troubleshooting with the host did not resolve the issues\. We provided photos and texts documenting the condition and communications\. Because the problems remained unresolved, we returned the RV early October 5 around 3 p\.m\. At return, the host apologized, said he was embarrassed, and promised a full refund and complimentary future rental\. Outdoorsy refunded the insurance and returned our security deposit, but the rental charge remains unrefunded\. We ask Outdoorsy to ensure the promised rental refund is issued

5.0Excellent owner. I have rented from him for several years and plan to in the future. He actually came out to assist with an electrical issue that was not even his problem. Thanks again for a great experience.

5.0Michael and his rig are both five stars! Clean, excellent instructions, hitch for your receiver if needed, electric tongue lift and cordless socket driver makes short work of site setup. Overall, great memory, high value, and excellent host. We highly recommend!

5.0We booked many months in advance for the F1 race at COTA. We had never rented with outdoorsy or been to this track before so there were a lot of unknowns. Michael could not have been a better host to us. He thought of things that we had not, and went way out of his way (with a generous spirit) to ensure we would have the perfect set up. The trailer was clean, well appointed and exceeded our expectations for comfort, function and customer service. We paid for the generator option. It was whisper quiet and sipped the gas that Michael had arranged for us on delivery. We hope to return again one day and would love to have our "home sweet home" in lot N again, at Circut of the Americas! Thank you for going the extra mile to make our first Grand Prix a wonderfull experience.
