At night, kick back in comfort, soak in the hot tub, or swap stories by the fire.Since Tiger Run Does NOT allow subleasing a name from your party will need to be on the lease when I sign in November for the December to end of April lease. That's how this works! Pick one week and get a second week free. I can sublease the parking pad with up to six people, including myself. I own the motorhome.Bottom line ~$5k for 2 weeks (1 booked on Outdoorsy and 1 blocked by owner on calendar at your request, first come, first serve), great amenities, great "work from home" spaces, close to everything, split 5 ways (unless you are cool with sharing beds), is $500 per person per week in Breck ($71 per day -- where else is that possible). Maximize your Ikon and Epic pass with up to 14 days. Only a maximum of 6 people will get this deal, a total of 12 weeks out of 22 possible weeks December through April available. If I don't get at least 4 people to sign up by the end of October, I'll pull the listing, your booking, and Outdoorsy will return your deposit money, so you can book another spot for your ski trip in time (my booking cancelation policy is more restrictive, since my account will be on the hook to pay Tiger Run). Let's start communicating through Outdoorsy.
What's included• The motorhome runs on Propane, and that can be filled up at the Tiger Run resort. You will have two tanks, and depending on weather will go through one every three days. Unless I put a extra large tank onsite (TBD).RecommendationsBreckenridge is more than just skiing — the town is full of charm, history, and great food. Stroll down historic Main Street for boutique shops, coffee, and mountain-town vibes. Favorite eats include Hearthstone (steaks & game), Blue River Bistro (tapas & martinis), Breckenridge Brewery (craft beer), and Crepes à la Cart (sweet & savory). Off the slopes, try ice skating, sledding at Carter Park, or a tasting at Breckenridge Distillery.Other things to noteTo keep things cozy in the winter, the RV water may be turned off to protect the pipes. If that’s the case, no worries — the Tiger Run clubhouse has warm showers, clean restrooms, and laundry facilities so you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Rules and policies
Rules of the Road (While Parked in Breckenridge!) We want your stay in our SkiHaus on Wheels to be as fun, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. Since the RV is being used as a "stationary condo", there are a few important guidelines to help keep everything running smoothly for you and for the next guests. Do’s: "Relax and enjoy yourself" — this RV is your cozy mountain basecamp. Kick back after the slopes, cook a hot meal, and make it feel like home. "Use the resort amenities" — take advantage of Tiger Run’s clubhouse, hot tubs, pool, and showers. They’re all included with your stay! "Be mindful of gear" — please store skis, boards, and boots in the designated area inside to avoid damage to floors and furniture. "Keep it clean" — light tidying during your stay helps us maintain the RV for everyone. Supplies are provided. "Respect quiet hours" — Tiger Run Resort has quiet hours (typically 10pm–8am). Please be considerate of your neighbors. "Your Laundry" -- Wash and Dry all bedding and towels before your departure. Don’ts: "No driving" — the RV is fully set up and not to be moved during your stay. Treat it like a condo, not a vehicle. "No smoking or vaping" inside the RV. "No pets" unless previously approved. Pet hair and odors are difficult to remove in an RV. "No open flames inside" — use the provided appliances only. "Don’t tamper with systems" — in cold weather the onboard water may be off to prevent frozen pipes. Please use the clubhouse facilities if needed. Finally, "please leave the RV as you found it." This helps us keep it comfortable for every guest and avoids extra cleaning fees. If any issue comes up, just reach out — we want your mountain getaway to be stress-free!
