It is easy to drive, and includes a backup camera. It sleeps 5 comfortably with a queen size bed, fold down dinette and bed over the cab. Plenty of interior and exterior storage, touch screen dash stereo, USB charging ports throughout the vehicle. Window shades, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 39" TV, generator, A/C, solar panel, shower, toilet, 3-burner cooktop, and awning with LED lights.What's includedcookware set, utensils, silverware, dishware for 5, toilet paper, toilet drop-ins**BED LINEN AND PILLOWS AVAILABLE UPON REQUESTRecommendationsEnjoy the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island. Go camping at Myakka River State Park or Ft. Desoto Park. Take a few hours drive Northeast to Orlando and visit one of the many theme parks. Visit one of the many museums, theme parks and aquariums of the Sarasota, Bradenton and Tampa areas.Other things to noteMax Speed 65 MPHRenter are responsible for tire damage from potholes, curbs, or any other event beyond normal wear.NO SMOKING allowed!! $1000 deduction from security deposit for smoke smell in The Sunshine Express!!Please no cooking of strong smelling foods, such as fish, in the RV. If you plan to cook any strong smelling foods, we have an add on camping package that includes a tabletop gas grill for only $30 extra.Small pets allowed for a $100 feeBring it back full of fuel and propane, or we take a $30 fee plus cost of fuel out of your deposit.If the renter needs to return the RV earlier than expected, the renter will NOT receive a refund for the unused days.This is our family RV, please treat it is as such.
