Jade is a new 2022 conversion van with everything you need to go off grid for days a time!Professionally converted by Van Haus in SW Washington, Jade includes a queen size memory foam bed, 2 sinks, a drawer fridge, and an enclosed shower with toilet. Wrapped in a hydronic heating system, you'll stay nice and cozy while watching the stars or a movie with the included TV!Jade also has a 3000 watt inverter, powered by 2 Lithium Ion Phosphate batteries that collect sun from the 2 rooftop solar panels (or shore power if available), meaning you can boondock for days at a time!The pull out kitchen has a 2 burner propane stove and all the cookware you need.With a 40 gallon freshwater tank, and a 45 gallon mixed grey/blackwater tank, this van is perfect for exploring off the grid national parks, wilderness areas, BLM land, and hundreds of other places in Washington, Oregon, Canada, or wherever you may roam!What's includedHere are some of our guests’ favorite inclusions:A shower (with hot water!)

Hello! Thank you for looking at our van! We're local working parents here in Bothell, who have enjoyed off grid life for a number of years. We started with a recreational camping property in a remote area when our kids were very little, and have found that adventure to be incredibly fulfilling for our family. Camp fires, smores, hikes, fishing, and being a part of that community has changed ours and our kids views on life, and what's important. We bought the conversion van to extend that experience as much as we can to others that enjoy these things as much as we do. RV/Van life was never in our plans, but once we tried it, we were hooked. Life in a space under 300 sqft is so much more enjoyable than life in 3600 sqft house!

The camper van was perfect. It was super clean. Barry is so easy to talk to and coordinate. All systems worked well. The van itself was very capable. Went over stephens pass this weekend on heavy snow and never felt like it even slipped once. Already planning my next trip with the van…

We had an excellent trip in Barry's Van while road tripping from Seattle to Northern California. The Van is nearly brand new, easy to drive and has a great professional build-out to give a hotel-like stay wherever you go. The onboard systems like hot water, toilet, shower, solar battery, tanks etc were reliable and easy to operate, no tinkering needed. I highly recommend this Van for your next adventure!

Small furry friends are welcome! Larger dogs may be a bit cramped.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We like to hand over the keys personally, so we can help familiarize you with van's systems and offer any tips and tricks (as well as travel ideas!). However, we both work so we can also have a touchless check in if needed.
Q.How big is the refridgerator?
A.
The refrigerator in Jade is a 30 liter drawer fridge (dimensions roughly 13"W x 18"D x 5"H), typically seen in yachts or watercrafts.
Q.Does the van have A/C?
A.
The van has a multidirectional ceiling fan above the bed which can push out warmer air or pull in cooler air to help keep the cabin cool but does not have a separate AC unit in the cabin. However, the main engine has A/C, just like your car.
