Frequently asked questions

Q.

My vehicle has a 7 pin connection, will that work for your RV?

A.

Yes, we have a 7 pin to 4 pin adapter that you can borrow.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

We send out three YouTube videos of how to set up, break down, and arrange the different layouts inside prior to pick up. Everything should be covered in there. However, if you have any questions from the videos or anything arises on your trip, feel free to ask us anytime.

Q.

How much time should we allow for the pick up process?

A.

Usually it takes about 60 minutes to go through the full set up, breakdown and paperwork. It can be longer depending how detailed you want to be or shorter if you are satisfied with the YouTube videos we send you prior to pick up. We understand renters are excited and want to depart ASAP, we just want to make sure you are comfortable with the unit prior to leaving.

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Pick up: -week day is at 4:00pm -weekend day can be anytime (early morning preferred) Drop off: -By 5:00pm any day We can be flexible on times if given enough notice. Just ask!

My wife and I are adventure seekers, we love to be off grid and alone with the beauty of nature. Camping to us is being away from all technology and stresses of life. We took our GO on a 6 week honeymoon cross country road trip and loved it! We visited over 20 national parks with it and stayed in mostly remote areas. Hiking, road cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, and rock climbing is what we enjoy doing while away from the hustle and bustle of life.
