4.0We had a great trip overall and the RV itself was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with most of the essentials, which made packing and setup much easier. Nate was also very nice and helpful throughout the process. We had some generator issues the first night and he was responsive and able to help us troubleshoot during the trip, which we really appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the overall cost. For a two-night trip, the total ended up being around $1,220 once the dumping fee, propane, fuel, and generator charges were included. I was also a little confused about the fuel/propane charges because we prepaid for them and were then charged again for fuel afterward. That may have been a misunderstanding on my part, but it made the final bill feel higher than expected. That said, the RV was great and Nate was a good host, I just don’t feel the value quite matched the final cost for a two-night stay.
