5.0Stephanie made our first Outdoorsy experience absolutely fantastic. The trailer was spotless, beautifully maintained, and she gave us a thorough walkthrough that made everything feel easy and approachable. When our tow vehicle ended up having an electrical issue, Stephanie went above and beyond trying to help — even running to the store for a different adapter before we realized the issue was entirely on our end. She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and made pickup, setup, and return seamless. This was our son’s first camping trip, and there was just enough room for his pack-and-play crib, which made the weekend extra special for our family. We’ve been doing this same annual camping trip since I was a kid, and now I can’t imagine doing it any other way. You can tell Stephanie takes immense pride in her beautiful Airstream, and it truly felt like a privilege to call it home for the weekend.

5.0Stephanie was great. Super communicative and great explanation of her cozy well maintained trailer. It was my son’s sixth birthday and he loved it. Trailer is well stocked. Little coffee maker is great. We got unexpected hail and snow on April 1st and trailer was super cozy and warm for a board game night. Propane heater is plenty plenty warm. You can feel really good about renting from her. After a couple flaky owners cancelled without a word, Stephanie was the real deal. And she knows the trailer inside and out. Don’t do rookie thing I did: Make sure power cord from Bambi is fully connected AND THEN STRAPPED to your vehicle. It came undone and dragged and got pretty road rashed. I thought plugging it in was enough but super suggest a little auxiliary strap to hold in place. Stephanie was super cool about it, but obviously it still has to be fixed, and pretty sure I’ll be paying close to entire deductible.
