Review summary
Supportive, clear, and prepared host
The host is described as always ready, easy to work with, and great at communication. Their friendly, helpful staff simplifies the entire rental process, making it easy for first-time renters from initial questions to pickup and drop-off.
Clean, comfortable, well-maintained vehicle
The van is consistently clean and comfortable, enhancing long road trips. Noted issues include a broken window shade, non-connected Google Play, and non-functional WiFi, requiring personal hotspots for TV. Overall, the fleet is in great shape.

5.0Had a great experience renting with GTG. The staff of this family-owned business was super friendly and helpful and made the entire process from questions before even renting a unit to pickup to drop off so easy and understandable to first time renters like ourselves. Highly recommended!

5.0Overall wonderful experience! Van is clean, comfortable, and made the 7 hour road trip feel like part of vacation. We didn’t have any trouble with the vehicle except-one of the window shades was broken, Google play wasn’t connected, and the WiFi never worked (even in major cities) so we had to use cell phone hotspots to operate the TV/watch movies. Aside from that, amazing host and amazing experience!!
