Very communicative and flexible
James was quick to respond, easy to reach, and communicated well. He offered instant booking, thoroughly explained things, and was flexible with drop-off, pick-up, and guest needs.
Well-stocked and spacious for families
The camper has plenty of room for a family of 5 and is well-stocked with necessities. It keeps occupants warm or cool. Cleanliness feedback is mixed among guests.

4.0We needed this camper for our trip and James's instant booking allowed us to secure it for our trip! The camper kept us warm at night and cool during the day! He was super kind and his helpers were adorable! We did a little bit of cleaning when the camper was dropped off because we were hosting family for the weekend. Once we touched base, James was easy to reach and communicate with. He was very flexible about dropping off and picking up the camper.

2.0Plenty of room for a family of 5. Overall, this was a pleasant experience. The ease of pick up and use of the camper was great. The cleanliness of this camper left a lot to be desired, I even did quite a bit of cleaning myself during our weeklong stay so I was very shocked to receive a $250 cleaning fee upon return as it was returned cleaner than it was received.
