This travel trailer is a brand new, a 2023 Keystone Springdale with one slide out providing a spacious living/relaxing area. Private master bedroom has a door for privacy, its own separate AC unit and the queen bed has been upgraded with a memory foam mattress. Double over double bed bunks for the kids with USB charging port and a window in each. The couch and dinette both open up for extra beds. Camper has an electric fireplace that heats the place up nicely or can just be turned on for ambiance. Bluetooth connection available with inside and outside speakers. Outside area has a retractable awning with LED lighting. Just pack up your food and personal items and enjoy!Our fee for delivery for over 65 miles is only $3/mile round trip, minimum delivery fee of $200.This camper requires Full hook ups, including sewer, please verify, at campgrounds. Absolutely, no boondocking allowed!!!!What's includedWe keep the camper stocked with fresh linen/bedding, towels, TP, broom, disinfecting wipes, grill/cooking tools, pots/pans, plasticware, paper plates, plastic cups, Keurig coffee maker, coffee mugs, an outdoor carpet, and camping chairs. We are located 30 minutes from the Upper Marlboro Equestrian Center so this is an ideal rental for horse shows.Other things to noteBlack/Grey tanks should be empty upon pick-up or when returned. Renter shall utilize the "flush out-orange" hose upon completion of trip after draining black/grey tanks to clean the system. $100 dump fee if not empty.
