• Must return the van full of fuel ( diesel ), $100 charge + amount of diesel.
• Must report any damages to owner.
• If the squat potty is used empty it. If anything is left in it I will charge you $100 if I have to clean it.
• If I find evidence of smoking ($150) or pets ($100) no exceptions.
• Do not use the sink cover as a cutting board.
• Do not throw food scraps and waste down the drain.
• The van is designed to mimic all the amenities of home, but there are limits to what the inverter can provide (for example the heater or A/C cannot run all day and night everyday straight). It can run during the night or day, but it needs breaks so it can recharge. The shore power cord can help prevent these issues that may arise from running everything all at once.
• If you use the shade awning do not leave it out during the night. If you use it while it's raining be sure to have it dry and air out. Do not use in windy situations otherwise it will cause damage to the van. If used be sure to use the stakes to secure it.
