5Leah and Phil were fantastic. Their trailer was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. They were responsive and easy to work with. Phil was great when we picked it up and made sure to explain everything we needed to know. Thanks for helping our family have a memorable Memorial Day weekend!

1This was our first time using a camper trailer and I the owners knew it was our first time and that we would have no hookups and didn't specify that things like the AC and microwave wouldn't work on the solar battery alone and would only work with electric hookups or a generator - luckily we were able to tap into my brothers generator to use the microwave. Drop off was a nightmare. On Outdoorsy emails there were no specific times for pick up and drop off and when my husband picked up he asked what time we needed to get it back by on Sunday and Phil said "whenever, we'll be around all day" but on their form they wrote 11am. Who the hell can get back from the mnts on Sunday by 11am and have the trailer fully cleaned out and the tanks dumped? We didn't leave our camp site until 11am and still had to go dump the tanks. When we finally got service and said when we'd be by to drop it off they weren't available and charged us for another day. We weren't happy about it but then they wouldn't let us drop it off on our way home and we had to take it all the way back to Parker and then drive all the way back to Arvada and drop it off at 7:30am the next day or they would charge us again. An 11am drop off is absolutely ridiculous and no one can get the trailer back by then unless they left their camp site before 6am to beat I-70 traffic.
