We bought this amazing RV a yr ago. Everything is in tip top shape. We are both very particular about keeping vehicles in incredible condition. The Bedroom has a queen Short bed, a nightstand and clothing cabinet on each side. Above the bed is storage and under the bed as well. The bathroom has a standing shower and is a great size. The living area has a table with benches for 6 comfortably. The kitchen has stove, range top and microwave, plates, silverware, pots and pan, spatulas, mini chopper, small coffee pot, the kitchen has a stand up pantry(big reason, I wanted it). Please bring sheets, blankets and towels. The living area has a queen bed that converts from the kitchen table. There is one TV available, there is radio available and a port for phone connection. There is a pet deposit if you wish to bring your dog and they must be fully housebroken. No cats please. Do not bring air fresheners, plug ins or any other type of artificial smells that linger with chemicals, please do not light candles in the RV. Garage area is 6'6" wide, 7' long and 6' high. Gvwr is 7686 lbs with a dry weight of 4865 lbs. Any questions or concerns feel free to ask.
