• Renters are responsible for making sure any atvs, motorcycles or any other recreational toys are properly secured and tied down, any damages cause by any unsecured items can result in loss of deposit.
• If when return unit has not been properly empty/dump a $100 dumping fee will be taken from security deposit
• Please properly dispose of any trash and pick up after pets, any excessive cleaning that will have to be done will result a $150 cleaning fee taken from deposit.
• Please do not flush the following down the toilet (sanitary napkins, regular toilet paper, or wipes) a trash can is provided for you in the restroom.
• PLEASE NO STANDING ON THE ROOF as we have solar panels that might get damage.
