Review summary
Professional, responsive, and accommodating
Steve and Shelly are consistently praised for their professionalism, responsiveness to questions, and accommodating nature, even allowing one guest to record a tutorial for the RV's complex functions.
Challenging to drive 25-foot
The RV is clean, comfortable, and reliable. However, its 25-foot length makes driving in heavy traffic stressful, and a 30-minute walkthrough for its numerous functions can be intimidating for some users.
