Review summary
Helpful, flexible, and communicative
Hosts Murph and Lauren are often described as helpful, communicative, and flexible with pick-up/drop-off, providing thorough walk-throughs. However, one guest experienced slow app communication and unresponsiveness, with two host-initiated cancellations noted.
Drives dependably, mixed condition
Many guests found the RV clean, comfortable, and driving reliably, perfect for their trips. Yet, one detailed review cited significant damages, unfunctional equipment, and poor cleanliness, appearing older than 3 years. Another noted it was 'more worn than anticipated'.

2.0We rent an RV every summer and struggle to find a RV in good condition and functional. Based on the reviews, age and the price we had hoped this one would live up to the expectation but unfortunately it didn’t. RV is 3 years old but you would think it is 10-15 years old. A lot of damages, nicks, unfunctional équipements all around. This was extremely disappointing. A lot of those could be overcome by providing a great guest service and cleanliness but that too didn’t live up to the expectation. Overall the RV was dirty, drawers, cabinets, dishes were all filthy. We brought our own. While interaction with owner was fine in person. Kind man. The communication via the app was difficult. Response time is very slow. Also messaged the owner after the stay to soften this review but I have yet to receive a response. Ultimately we would certainly not rent again and for being in the guest service business myself (short term rentals), I personally would be ashamed renting my properties in those conditions and with this lack of service.

4.0Lauren and Murph were so nice and very helpful with instructions since we were first time RV renters. The vehicle worked perfectly for our trip and made for a fun weekend away. It was a little more worn than anticipated based on the description.
