Always Available and Thoroughly Helpful
Brian consistently received praise for his quick communication, proactive support for new RVers, thorough explanations during pickup, and flexibility with scheduling, ensuring peace of mind.
Drives Easily but Mechanical Issues
While many praised its ease of driving, comfort, and amenities like a well-equipped kitchen, one renter experienced a cracked fan, recurring check engine light, overheating, and a tow.

4.0Took a 3.5 week trip to Glacier National Park. It was easy to drive and maneuver. I was able to dry camp half the time with the solar on the RV and the additional panels and battery I personally own. I was unable to get the generator to start. Kitchen was well equipped, might want to add a toaster. The bed was comfortable and slept well. Used the shower a few times, good water pressure but watch the temp it can fluctuate on you quick. Over all a successful trip. It does not have much power going over big mountain passes so you will be in the slow lane with the 18 wheelers. I did drop one star as when I picked up the RV it made a loud sound under the hood and was told it was a cracked fan but was assured that it would not affect my trip. One day in, the check engine light came on and I informed the owner, he was aware of the code and told me how to reset it. However, it continued to come on the rest of the trip. Upon my return once I got into Colorado where temps were over 85 degrees the RV started to over heat. Spent half a day at a mechanic and an extra night to hopefully resolve the issue so I could get the RV back to Albuquerque. Eventually the RV had to be towed from Las Vegas, NM the fan was fried. Kinda put a damper on the end of my trip. Overall, it was fun and informed me what I do and do not want in an RV if I ever buy one for myself.

5.0Brian was extremely easy to work with and readily accessible for questions. This was key for a small family who had never RV'd before. There's a lot to remember with an RV, so just knowing Brian was a text or phone call away gave us peace of mind on the road. We also liked that this is a local shop. Our money was not going to support a giant corporation who would nickel and dime us on everything from linens to basic cookware. The RV itself was very well maintained and clean. I recommend Albuquerque RV Rentals to anyone visiting the area.
