This is a 10 hole fish house. It is perfect for year round camping. There is heat and ac to keep you comfortable in any temperature. It has room to haul toys if desired. There are 3 beds. One bed lifts from the ceiling, one is a futon couch, and the dinette turns into a bed. There is a tv that gets local channels depending on location. There is also a radio with Bluetooth and a spot for CDs. The bathroom can be used year round! What's includedLinens available upon request. Some kitchen/cooking items will be provided. Toilet paper will be provided as well. RecommendationsWe recommend using this year round. Hunting base camp, by the lake, any campground, friends yards, snowmobile trips, and ice fishing trips. The possibilities are endless. Other things to notePlease ask for dimensions to haul toys. Bigger side by sides will not fit. Four wheelers and snowmobiles will. Mud should be cleaned up before returned. If the toilet/sink are used it must be emptied before returned. We recommend having a 3/4 ton to haul.
