I have explored, surfed, hiked, and swam through these waters for the last 33 years. Come and see Oahu from a different, but adventurous perspective! With this rental you will receive fresh linen, 2pillows/guest, a soft blanket, and a 3" foam mattress to ensure that you get restful night of sleep. I had been concentrating on a different platform where we have a TON of reviews on. However, we wanted to expand and start pouring energy onto other resources. Adventure awaits on the rooftop!What's includedSet up includes: brand new Overland vehicle systems Nomadic 3 tent, 2-20 oz. Yeti Rumblers for hot or cold beverages, large cooler, Coleman stovetop, propane, Bodum French press coffee maker, Stanley pot, small frying pan, bowls, ladle, spatula, plates, tongs, utensils, kitchen knife, strainer, can opener, veggie/fruit peeler, 2 pillows per guest, 2 towels per guest, fresh linen, soft blanket, 2 camp chairs, beach umbrella, dry bag, hamper bag, first aid kit, head lamp, 1 handheld flashlight, toilet paper, shampoo, 2 person hammock with mosquito net and rain cover, a 2 step all aluminum step stool and 2 hiking guides/books for Oahu trails. Bring or rent boards up to 9' 6" and you will be able to place these comfortably in the car and lock them up if you ever need to. Runner will be able to fit up to 2 longboards max or 3-4 shorter boards.RecommendationsMy favorite place to set up the Runner is at Malaekahana Campgrounds on the beautiful North Shore. Please check availability first and if you book, they must be in the "vehicle areas". There are also various other beautiful campsites here on the island. Be sure to do your research first and see what kind of setting would suit your vacation the best. All places will require that you need a permit. There is no free camping and it will be difficult to just park “anywhere” and I would highly advise against that. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you are having trouble acquiring camping permits. I can try my best to help you search for what is available.Other things to notesmells/spills (that either come from a human/pets) a $500 fee will also be collected that will go towards a professional cleaner.**Please no pets in the car or camper.Also, with this rental there is NO OFF-ROADING. This is 2WD so if you try to go off-roading you will either get stuck, damage the vehicle, or both. You will be responsible for the damages.All guests are required to sign a tenant contract before the keys are handed over.Driver of the vehicle will also have to send a copy of their drivers license and insurance prior to check in as well if you do not opt for the outdoorsy insurance.We are all about a having a good time, but we are looking to serve a tidy and respectful community of renters (:
