While we succeeded in enjoying our trip in the camper van, the van was much older than expected as were all the supplies which were all very old. Some supplies were missing - like scissors, the dish strainer. trash bags, fan, and clothes line. Other supplies were much less than promised. There was only one half empty can of stove gas, one single zip lock bag, and two empty lighters. I probably will not use this again or recommend it to others.

I rented the Eurovan camper for 5 days 4 nights and went up to the mountain loop hwy. The reservations, pick up, drop off was smooth and not complicated. Be sure to read the rules, especially the check in request card - be courteous to tidy up, empty the grey water, and fill up the gas upon return. It bummed me out when Zach said a lot of people return the vehicle in pretty bad shape :( Rico was helpful, attentive, and communicative. No issues with the van at all. Drove great, everything worked, and I had no problems using everything. Bring some CDs or a USB or aux cord if you want to listen to jams, podcast, or audio book! Highly recommend RTO, and I'll definitely rent from them again. Thank you!

Our family of 4 had a fun long weekend with Thor! We spent most of our time outside and didn't use all the features, but what we did make use of worked reliably. Rico, our contact in the office, was easy to communicate with and accommodated our pickup and drop off times nicely.The interior bed is truly king-sized and comfortable! This worked out well for us as we all fit there and slept well together. We tried to use the pop-up bed, but that mattress seems only fit for school-aged kids to very young adults - think Japanese floor mat over cross rails. Our kids would have slept just fine up there, but as they are only two and four years old we worried about them falling down the ladder access in the night. One thing to note is that only one set of bedding is included in the rental, so if you need more that two pillows and one duvet, you will need to select the extra bedding add-on.The stove fired up nicely for coffee and hot chocolate every morning. The provided kettle and mugs/travel cups were all we needed! That was the extent of our "cooking" in Thor. The fridge also worked very well to keep our drinks nice and cold. However, it did have a funky smell going on, making it unpleasant to open so we kept that to a minimum. We let Rico know about the fridge smell at drop off and trust that it will be taken care of before Thor's next adventure.One issue we did find was that the bench seat and seat belts are not designed for the use of modern car seats. There are no latch or tether anchors, and the seat belts are a bit old-school: they do not lock in place after being fully extended, and only hold tension momentarily when jerked. We just had to trust that this mechanism would work properly in the case of an accident. After some trial and error, we found what seemed to be the best way to secure the car seats in place: lace the tether strap through the headrest bars of the seat the car seat is placed on and anchor it tightly to a headrest bar of the other seat. This method (along with regular use of the provided seat belts) kept the car seats from leaning around bends and corners so our kids weren't sliding around.

10/10 experience! The camper was comfortable, spacious, drove well, and got lots of compliments along the way. Pick up and drop off was 10 minutes from the airport and could not have been easier.

The van was comfortable drove well and had all the necessary equipment. There was an issue with power that was of our own making and the team quickly helped us resolve it so that we are back online within 40 minutes. Thanks for the memorable trip.

These guys absolutely rock it! They are the upmost of helpful, professional - and provide dreams come true for people like me who want to camp - but would also like to do so with comfort!

Really incredible experience, the van was super easy to drive and the walk through of how everything worked was very clear and concise. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to see the Oregon coast! It’s a very good bang for your buck.
