The RV was delivered and set up on time. It was clean and ready to go. The owner and delivery/setup man was great to deal with. He went through everything in and around the RV before he left too make le sure we did have an question.

PROS: Natalia was a great communicator. I had lots of questions, and she answered them all very patiently. The "customer service" aspect of the trip was definitely A+. The camper itself was fantastic: spotless, well-equipped, easy to use, and comfortable. It was a little tight for two people but manageable. The delivery portion of the rental was a breeze. The camper was delivered on time and set up for us when we arrived. That was great.
CONS: The motor on the awning was broken, so we didn't get to use it. Given that we wanted to shield ourselves from the Florida sun, that was a little disappointing. Also, the AC worked very well -- but was quite noisy, especially at night.
