How We Roll RV was amazing. They delivered the camper, set it up & went over everything in great detail. Jack is awesome to deal with. The ease of the delivery & pick up worked great for us & anyone that doesn’t have a vehicle to tow the camper. We will definitely use them again!

We rented the "Sasha" 2020 Shasta 26 BH unit. It was very clean and stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and an extra mattress pad. The camper had a front bedroom w/ queen bed, couch, dining booth, double bunks, and bathroom with walk-in shower. There was room for up to 8 to sleep, along with a refrigerator and 4-burner gas stove inside, and a sink and refrigerator on the exterior. The water tank was filled and black/grey water tanks were emptied/cleaned. Everything was in good working order and they provide the drain hoses, tire chocks, and leveling blocks.

We love working with How We Roll. These guys really understand their game and know what is needed when you rent one of their campers. The only issue we had was that the camper we received showed its age and we had to overlook just a couple of things. Other than that, we had a blast over the Thanksgiving weekend.

I would be very cautious when renting/using these services. Unlike someone using a rental for the full amount of time and trying to get a refund or partial refund due to " not being happy with it or unhappy with the experience of Rving and the lifestyle". I had a legit issue, I utilized these service to have a 16 day journey to visit out west with my family. I also purchased additional insurance coverage due to the known fact that things can go wrong. I am aware accidents occur. During my trip I experienced an accident that was out of the control of myself or this company. No negligence was on either party; an act of God if you will. An Antelope came barreling down a mountain side in Wyoming after a forced detour due to nature, a fire with smoke conditions blocking the roads to our destination in Yellow Stone. This antelope damaged my vehicle as well as totaling the RV rental. Due to the situation, I was unable to stop, swerve or speed up to avoid this collision due to traffic and road conditions. Once the incident occurred I quickly called and texted Jack multiple times and informed him of the situation once I made it safely 30 miles + to the nearest town with cell phone reception. During these interactions I began to question the interactions and honesty of this company and the owner Jack. Question the insurance coverage and request policy information of this additional insurance coverage due it was not provided to me upon this purchase. If you read the rental agreement, ignore it. I was told by Jack himself that, no money will be refunded unless it is negligence on his side, including maintenance of the RV or servicing causing the rental or unit to become un-usable for the remainder of the rental period. After the accident I requested a refund of the remaining time of my trip due to the RV being un-usable to no fault of my own or his. He informed me he could not give a refund because " if I did, how would I be expected to make any money". I simply requested what was in the agreement, my remaining time left which was 12 days. I was 1500 miles away from home and did not plan to have to use hotels or other options to make my way back. After Jack found out I have USAA as my auto insurance provider I received a phone call from him. He sounded excited and overjoyed to hear this information. On the phone he stated, " brother I didn't know you had USAA. Don't worry we are good, they are going to handle everything. We are gonna be set." I was not expecting this kind of phone call after I just experienced a trip ending disaster and left to overcome these next few days after the incident. It felt as if I was being taken advantage of. Little did I know, purchasing additional insurance through the company who insured the RV's already would do nothing to keep my policy out of reach. Then at this moment I was informed of what the policy actual covered and when and if they would step in. Only after your Primary insurance denies the coverage will this additional coverage take place. Be aware. I was informed I have not been the only person going through this insurance company covering the RV and it is " on peoples radar ". Summary, I feel as if I was wrongly informed of coverage and insurance via Jack and his company. I feel the rental agreement should have stated black and white that refunds are only allowed through "his negligence", which was not stated at all.

We had an issue with the RV (as they sometimes have), but Jack and the How We Roll family were incredibly responsive and helpful figuring out the issue. It's nice to know they will have your back when renting from them.
