We're repeat renters and love Phoebe. Truthfully, we're using Phoebe to learn all the tips and tricks before getting our own. 😁 She's an awesome van, perfect for the two of us. Plenty of water and power for dry camping over multiple days.

Korey was excellent and helped
Us all along the way. It was our first time camping in RV parks and we were on the road for two weeks with Sandy. The van was great and a very flexible way to travel. Everything you needed was always with you. Food, drinks, shower , toilet, AC, heat and bed. Our trip took us through all the national parks as well as the highway one coast and there was limited service along the way. Having everything with us made it very flexible to change the itinerary as we went. The battery system was impressive as well we did not have to connect one time to shore power. We stayed 2 to 3 days at each location and ran the AC every night. The clean water storage was good as well we filled the tank 3 times on the two week trip and took showers every night and cooked and cleaned dishes most nights and made a pot of coffee and tea every morning. Included and adequate.

What a fun weekend! We have been wanting to try out a Noovo Plus, which we think is the absolute best Class B van available. We picked it up right on time with the local hosts, and set out for a few days in an RV park in Fort Worth. From start to finish, Offgrid Camper Vans were very communicative and answered all our questions. The pickup and return process was flawless. This is a great way to try out a Noovo if you're thinking of buying, and also a unique adventure for anyone who has always wanted to stay in a camper van!

Great overall experience, communication received from hosts, and operation of campervan.The Lunie campervan:
Other than the ladder to access the elevator bed (which we did not like the ladder functionality), everything else was wonderful. The grey water and black water is easy to empty (at approved dumping areas) and the fresh water is easy to fill (ensure the water is potable/drinkable). There is a water filtration system for drinking water faucet located at kitchen sink area. The electrical system works flawlessly, better than we anticipated it would. We never needed to do electrical hookup (i.e. shore power) to charge the 665Wh battery and we never got below 70% battery. Between the 400W solar panels and the vehicle charging the battery when being driven, the battery always got easily charged to 100% each day without ever needing to do the electrical hookup (shore power). Therefore, we were completely "off grid" for electrical for the whole 2 weeks we rented the Lunie. Also, due to emptying the grey/black water and topping off the fresh water every 3-4 days, we were completely off grid for water related needs also. As long as keeping shower water usage to a minimum or utilizing other pay-per-use showers (such as at Love's Travel Centers), the emptying of the grey water tank, black water tank, and refilling the fresh water tank should only need to be done every 3-4 days or possibly longer. The fresh water tank has 30 gallons and the fresh water level can be checked at any time in the same system onboard system panel that controls electric inverter on/off (for 120v power), electrical level in battery, turning on/off furnace or hot water, etc. Very nice systems that allow the Lunie to be fully capable of off-grid use. Very impressive.

We had an amazing experience renting Sunnie! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Korey was fantastic —super responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen utensils, bed linens, detergents etc.

We had a wonderful time renting the patience Noovo van. It truly is an amazing camper van. It was very comfortable to sleep in. We loved all of the windows and the screen functionality of the windows. It made for nice mornings with the windows open but still having some privacy.

I want to send the biggest thank you for this amazing experience. We took this van to stagecoach, which was the PERFECT decision. First, pickup was easy. Korey went through and explained what we needed to know. My fiancé said it was very easy to drive. As soon as we got there, we didn’t have to set up anything. It was perfect. While everyone was setting up their tents, we went up to the roof and relaxed while watching all of the lights. The van itself is very clean, very aesthetic, and very relaxing. We slept amazingly, even through the wind. We’re already planning to rent on a non-festival getaway so we can bring our dog. 11/10!!!!

We loved the Noovo Plus "Betty"! Korey was responsive during our reservation process, and the van owners Kathy & Vanessa were super helpful walking through the whole van at pickup so we knew exactly how everything worked. We never had to plug in to external power on our trip up to Moab. Water capacity was phenomenal, too. And pulling over to use Starlink in the middle of nowhere to host a Zoom meeting with gorgeous views from the lounge windows was really impressive. Highly recommend!
