We had a great experience renting from MTRV Rentals this past weekend! The camper was clean, fully set up, and ready for us when we arrived, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The owner was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We really appreciated how smooth everything went and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

Our rental was to be well suited for our families needs however there were several things not properly setup to begin our trip. Overall cleanliness was a little poor. Drain lines were not connected properly. TV not connected correctly. Outside lights not working. Awning support arms broke during stay preventing us from utilizing some much needed shade. Leak over couch and in shower. Initially we had to debate these issues but ultimately were refunded our setup fee which was appreciated.

I am not very happy with my rental. The couch and recliners were so wore out you could not sit on them without getting the dried out material on your cloths and floor. The over head fan blades were broken in the living room. The bed mattress was just so hard it felt like just the box spring foundation. The clothes washer was broke and water ran over the bedroom floor . I paid for linen and towels for 4 people and got 2 bath towels and 3 wash cloths 1 sheet for the bed nothing for the living room or towels for the kitchen. You could see that the entire RV was not cleaned On top of all that I never received the 10 percent discount that I was to get at the start of the booking and my 500 dollar deposit is still not returned Also someone should look under the bed for the mold on the stuffed animals and materials under the bed in the storage area

This was a great experience all the way around. We arrived and experienced a couple of issues with TV remotes, and the crew corrected that in a matter of minutes after showing up at the campsite as soon as I stopped texting! You just can't go wrong with these folks. They will work hard to make your trip enjoyable.

The galley equipment was minimal but we appreciated the Keurig coffee maker.
The mattress is horrible. My back, shoulders and hips may never recover!
We didn’t understand why the rig had a tv and Windgard antenna system that did not work! A briefing on that would have been nice. Thanksgiving Day football was important!
Ideally, staff would come by on the day of delivery or next day to answer questions.
We enjoyed the stay overall. Thanks!

Unit was delivered set up and driver left as quickly as he could… the inside of the unit was filthy, worn out, no pots and pans (1 dirty saucepan) drawers dirty. Described as “Luxurious interior “. Mattresses and mattress pads filthy, one urine stained, king size placed on a queen size bed. “Linen” service priced at a premium… terrible quality like sand paper sheets and did not fit any of the beds. The heat did not work. I had to secure another rental as we could not stay in these conditions. I reached out to rental company only for him to tell me. “Toy Haulers heat does not work well due to the duct work” also he was “unaware” of the condition of this RV. Nothing was done in regard to the premium I paid. The pictures on the website are not pictures of this unit.

Drop off and pick up were great! The RV was very nice and perfect for my daughter and husband. The only negative was that the kitchen did not have measuring cups, so we had to purchase them to make a few meals. (One person has food allergies and had to cook everything.) Thanks so much for helping us take a fun family vacation!

While they were responsive to help with other minor issues that came up over the trip, we were disappointed in the camper itself and that they knew about the water leak in main bedroom saying we have had it looked at but cannot find the cause. The couch was peeling and not what we expected to walk into.
