Ryan was very easy to communicate with and very reasonable. He was right on time and the trailer was very clean. We loved how well stocked it was. We had a flat tire and the propane tank was empty, so added some to our adventure. Through the flat Ryan was very available and helpful.

Absolutely loved having the Jeep for the week-it was perfect for the trip to Yosemite and the windy roads to Yosemite. The tent was easy to set up(look for/watch videos for directions for the XL version to save some time)-even for girls who don’t cross over 5’5. Ryan was great to work with and picking up and dropping off was seamless. All the camping gear was great for the week and all we really needed was to buy food.Would recommend to anyone!

We had a truly flawless experience with Outdoorsy and the wonderful owners of this Jeep Wrangler. This was my first time using the service, but I'm a regular user of similar services like Airbnb and Get Around so I do know what kind of service/experience is expected. From the start Angel/her husband were responsive, patient, and straightforward when planning the trip through the Outdoorsy dashboard. My boyfriend was flying in from the East Coast and the details of our trip were not entirely flushed out until a few days prior. They were so understanding and even helped us get organized! They flagged an issue for us prior to the trip (getting a driver approved prior to the trip) and they were super accommodating when we told them we were getting to their home later than expected on date of pickup. When we arrived at Angel's home at around 9:00pm (so late!) on a Thursday, her husband Matt was there to greet us. He walked us through the ins and outs of the vehicle and the tent. He was thorough in a non-micromanagey way. He made sure we had all of our auxiliary needs met (sleeping bag, cooler, stove, etc.). He called attention to preexisting damage on the car. He was genuinely interested in our trip route and excited for our forthcoming adventure. He gave us suggestions for places to stop/eat. The vehicle was clean and there was a full tank of gas. After checking in with Matt and signing the paperwork, we were off for our adventure. The car drives like a wrangler, people!!! So set your expectations for that. (I.e. not great gas mileage, poor pickup, noisy/bumpy/windy rides) For us, that's part of the fun of a wrangler and it just screams outdoors. We were taking some gravel roads to trailheads so it was perfect for tackling that terrain. And, we were parking in campsites that are mostly dirt/pine needles. If you're looking for a cushy, smooth ride with great gas mileage this vehicle is not for you. If you're looking for an awesome adventure vehicle where you feel big and bad on the road, where you feel confident to take on every surface, where you feel comfortable getting a little dusty then this is the perfect car for you. We loved it and we were at a new campsite almost every night so we needed something dynamic like the wrangler.Angel and Matt have made sure that all your driving/camping needs are been met. There was Sirius xm, aux chords, chargers. There were cooking supplies, a cooler, plates, utensils, a lamp, sleeping bags, a stove, and more. The tent is super intuitive and easy to use. You get better at setup and clean up every time -- we had fun timing our set up time to see if we could beat our previous score. God it is SO much easier than setting up and breaking down camp every day. We would not have been able to see/do all the things we wanted to without this convenience. There is a comfortable mattress in the tent and its incredible spacious. For cooler nights, you can keep it completely sealed. On warmer nights, you can unzip some of the flaps for ventilation. There are zippered screens to keep bugs out. Breakdown is simple too.Communication on the dropoff again was straightforward. At this point, we had Matt's contact info so we were texting him directly. He informed us that all we needed to do was fill the gas tank-- no cleaning necessary. This was SO kind. We were driving this car in early september--aka hot and dry in NoCal. We reallllly got this car dusty. Plus, we had a bug graveyard on the windshield. We made sure that the inside the car was in tiptop shape and Matt was so understanding about the exterior. We arranged a drop off time, did a quick walkthrough, talked about the trip, shared photos and again we were off. Everything was so easy and straightforward. Although, I will say, we were a bit sad to part ways with the wrangler. We got a little attached. While I attribute some of the positivity of our experience to the Outdoorsy model (props for the way you guides both user and owner through the process! your company is awesome!), I think the success of this transaction came from the people involved. We truly appreciated Angel/Matt's transparency, authenticity, kindness and general humanness through the whole process. They clearly care about the vehicle ad the experience they are providing you. HIGHLY recommend renting this vehicle for your next adventure.

Angel and Ryan did an incredible job from start to finish. As a first time RVer I was curious about how it would all work; Ryan's explanation and orientation answered all the questions I could have thought. He came out to set my car up even on his birthday. Class move man. Me and my friends had a blast.

This was my first time using Outdoorsy and I could not of had a better experience. Angel and her husband were so sweet and easy to communicate with. I was very comfortable with them and felt that there was a mutual trust. We LOVED their jeep so much!!! I have never felt cooler than when I was driving it. ;) I would rent this jeep over and over again. Their tent was easy to set up and put away and they were nice enough to send a youtube tutorial video to watch before we tackled the task. It was very comfortable and spacious as well! Definitely could fit at least 3, if not 4 people. (Depending on your personal space). We rented their camping gear and they provided more than enough. We had everything! From silverware, plates, and pans, to very comfy sleeping bags and pillows, (And so much more!) they made sure we were taken care of. They even through in an adorable smores kit!! I cannot reiterate enough how nice Angel and her husband were. All in all, if you are on the fence about renting the Jeep, DO IT!! I promise you it is worth it and you will not regret it.

As first timers to the world of travel trailers, we had no idea what to expect. But the experience we had in Angel and Ryan’s trailer absolutely blew us away, far exceeding our expectations! They might have convinced us to give up tent camping!Angel and Ryan were extremely accommodating to us newbies and gracious enough to spend a significant amount of time with us (on Mother’s Day no less) reviewing how to use all the features in the trailer, properly hook it up, and drive safely. And when questions arose during our trip, they were speedy in returning answers to our texts. The trailer itself is exactly as advertised. Angel has put a considerable amount of time and thought into decorating and outfitting the trailer to ensure her guests feel at home and have all necessary comforts - down to little details such as the curtains, decorative pillows and wall hangings, s’mores kit, microwave popcorn, and super hero night lights / flash lights (that my son adored). One recommendation I would pass to future guests is to decide beforehand if you need Angel to provide linens / towels, or if you plan to bring your own. We ended up running out of storage space, as we brought sleeping bags and towels and ended up storing her pillows and bed decor in the cupboards. Just FYI.We will be renting from Angel and Ryan again! Loved every moment and so did our 3 young kids!
