We had a great time in the Everglades with Mike's Sprinter Van. I wasn't sure if the three of us would be comfortable in such a compact van, but it worked out great. Mike was communicative and answered all my questions about what to expect. Pick up and drop off was easy. We had a small mishap when the grey water tank fell off the back of the van. Fortunately we were driving slowly in a parking lot and there was no harm done - although we had to stop using the sink to avoid dumping grey water all over.

We had a blast in “sandy Sam” as we called the van. We did a few days along the keys. It was super convenient and easy to use! Highly recommend renting Mike’s van for your trip.

This was just the camper van I was seeking for my solo adventure through south Florida national parks in the cool season. The van is thoughtfully designed and equipped for the low-frills adventurer. I almost exclusively used the provided screens to ventilate the parked van and only had to use the powerful fan to clear out accumulated heat from the van after it sat closed up in the sun. The vehicle drives and handles easily. Mike was good to work with, provided a good orientation, and communications were smooth.
