Laura was exceptionally accommodating. The pickup location is San Antonio, but when learning out destination was Garner State Part, they met us with the trailer in Leakey (15 min away). This saved a lot of time for us. Trailer was in good condition and exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the trip. We encountered a couple minor issues that shouldnt be a big deal to address. I would rent this trailer again.

Rey and Laura were very helpful from the beginning since it had been a while since I towed a travel trailer. They went over with me all the details and even after I arrived at my location they were easily available for any questions that I had. I would recommend them to anyone.
