The booking process on line works great, from the point of pick up everything went down hill. On arrival, we were taken to the camper and immediately told it needed to be cleaned, so we waited for 20 minutes for it to be done. The guy checked inside and said good to go, so my husband left. When we arrived home to pack the trailer, it was locked and the key was not in the hide spot... it was at Earls, 20 miles in the direction we just returned from. They did bring us the keys, but that was just the beginning of the mishaps. When we finally did get in, a cupboard was broken off the hinge and shoved in the cupboard space, a door below the table was off its magnetic closure, the exterior looked like it hadn’t seen a washing in months, towel racks were missing in the bathroom, the light on the front door was out, and the battery only held a 3/4 charge. We were already late so we went on with it anyway. It was fine setting up, just frustrating having to call about how to light pilots and such since it wasn’t addressed upon pickup. By the third day the low battery meter reminded us regularly that our vacation was ending. We’ve rented from Earls in the past because of the great prices and good experiences, but I think we will be recommending 101 Rentals after this experience.

It was great having the RV setup for us when we arrived at Jalama beach. We will definitely rent a RV from Earls the next time we camp at Jalama beach.
