Awwsome camping experience. Motorhome was clean and everything worked well. We used the kitchen and all appliances worked flawlessly. Heater was super handy one night.

Brice was very communicative and fair throughout the process. He was very accommodating in showing us the ins and outs of how to operate the motor home and stocked it with all the necessary kitchen supplies and bedding we needed. The motor home itself operated very well and was perfect for our family of 4 on this trip to Yellowstone from Salt Lake City. Highly recommend renting through Brice and enjoying a worry-free outing in this RV!

This was our first time renting a RV. Brice was good about getting back to us with our questions. The RV was great. We did find out later on our way back from our trip that the right brake/tail/signal light was out and because the signal didn't work we were almost in a car accident. We came home a day early from our trip and tried to get in touch with Brice to let him know of our plans, however he didn't get back with us until several hours later. It wasn't that big of a deal except he told us he would be available anytime if we had an emergency. Thankfully we didn't need to contact him with any issues during our trip. Upon our return we were asked to return the RV Gas tank filled, and cleaned inside and out. We had no problem being asked to fill up the gas tank (since you do that when you rent a car) and cleaning the inside of the RV, however taking it to the Truck wash was a bit of a hassle. I feel that the owner should just include the outside wash in the price of the rental as a cleaning fee (since we have to pay it anyway). We have rented many condos in our time and they all charge a cleaning fee. Overall it is a nice way to rent an RV.

Overall a great experience. The sleeping accommodations provided by the two sofas were not comfortable, and the one piece of cushion kept falling off at night and would not stay on the platform of the table. The other sofa was short and not long enough for most adults. But otherwise, the service provided by Brice was excellent. There were a couple of hidden costs. He wanted the RV exterior professionally washed, which costs $40, and this wasn't known until day of pickup. The awning was also not functional for us because it was broken by a previous renter and he didn't have a chance to fix it. That was disappointing. But otherwise everything else was as advertised. Recommend overall.
