We coordinated cancelling with Ryan, the RV needed repairs from previous damage from renters and wasn’t ready by Ryan’s departure. He received his full refund, of course, and the RV is now ready for the next venture!

We had a memorable trip and it was super easy with the help and patience of Mackenzie and her family. This was our first trip in an RV and they answered dozens of our rookie questions before we even got on the road. The RV worked great and we comfortably slept four kids and four adults. We travelled to South Dakota and back over a week and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend booking with Mackenzie.
