Above and beyond amazing people to work with made everything extremely easy, forget a hotel room this is truly the way to go, they have everything you need in the rv ready for you to bring some food and relax. I’ll definitely be contacting them again.

Not a great experience. The delivery person wrecked the trailer during delivery.
There were not two televisions as advertised.
The oven did not work.
The keys to the outdoor kitchen did not work.
The main door would not lock from the inside.
We made the best of it but will not rent from the company again as when we reached out about some of the issues we were met with “oh well”. No solution was offered.

First of all, we would like to say we deeply apologize you did not have an enjoyable experience. We have had over 350 rentals and only 2 negative reviews, therefore, we do take this very seriously. We want of our customers to have a great experience. We would like to address each of your issues in this response.
As for the delivery driver scraping the side of the camper on the boulders placed around the campground, that is the first time he has scraped up an RV in over 3 years of delivering campers. After speaking with the driver, he did apologize and has never been to a campground which places small boulders at half of the turns throughout the campground. He said some were hard to see over the front of the truck.
We have corrected the listing to make sure it is clear there is only one television in the camper with 3 possible mounting locations. The TV can be moved to the outside mount, the living room mount, or the bedroom mount.
The camper oven works perfectly as we evaluated it after reading your review. RV ovens are different from household ovens, you must first make sure the pilot light is lit. You must do this by turning the oven knob on and pressing it in while you light the pilot light and then you can set the temperature.
As for the keys not working on the outdoor kitchen, we called as soon as we saw your message in Outdoorsy just a few hours after the camper was delivered. You guys were at the Nashville Predators hockey game when we followed up. We advised you guys that the same key works on all outdoor compartments and if you couldn’t get the compartment open to give us a callback or send us a text and we would take care of any issues. We assumed you opened it because we never heard from you again until we read your review on Outdoorsy.
Also, as far as the for main door not locking from the inside, these campers are moving houses and sometimes things break or get jarred loose while hauling them around. If you had contacted us to let us know, we would have fixed it immediately because we keep parts on hand to fix any issues that may arise. Once again, we apologize you did not have a great experience, therefore, we have issued you a partial refund of your reservation.

Excellent RV and great experience renting from Michael. The RV was very clean and we had it delivered and picked up. Came fully stocked as advertised, soft towels and nice dishes and cookware. Entire experience was great and went without any problems. I would highly recommend renting from Michael.

The RV was great and enjoyed the spaciousness and room due to much wet weather. Living area nice and great functional kitchen. Michael was great at delivery and setup of the RV to our camp site. He also explained all functions and made sure he answered all questions. I would definitely rent from this owner in the future.

We rented the RV to use at our wedding venue recently. We needed a place to stay on the property that would give us all that we needed for a good night's rest & dressing room for the big event. It was perfect!!

The Spring Hill RV team took care of it all. Plenty of linens, cookware, and even some rugs to help catch anything tracked in. The travel trailer we rented was clean and in good shape. Look forward to renting from them again soon.

The owners were super awesome, super flexible. And willing to answer all of our questions. The whole process was a breeze. We will 100% be coming back to them again. The camper was exactly as described and in great shape. Very clean and exactly what we needed for our trip. 10 out of five stars for sure
