This was my first time renting an RV and it was very challenging. Friends who are RV veterans were unable to come at the last minute so I was on my own in Cottonwood Arizona. But Charyl was always available to answer questions and help me get it all set up. Their RV was perfect for me and my dog to get away. I had a couple accidents, one with the stove and then getting gas on the way to return the RV I rubbed up against a pole at the gas station! Charyl was nice (when she could have been super mad) and hopefully the Outdoorsy insurance will be able to fix the damage. Again, the rig is fantastic and the hosts support even better.

10/10! Charyl and Manny were great hosts. Super flexible with pickup and drop off times, and responsive with all questions we had during our trip. The rig drives really nicely and we slept 4 comfortably. All the things you need for a stellar trip! Thanks again.

We had a great experience with Charyl and their RV! She was super flexible with us and communicative! The RV was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! It was a huge plus to have table and chairs, rugs, etc included in the rental! We would definitely rent this RV again!

This was a wonderful first experience renting an RV! Charyl and Manny were excellent hosts and went above and beyond. They were very thorough on explaining the instructions and getting us acquainted with the RV. It is well stocked and we never had any issues. We did use electric and water hook ups at our campsites. The RV was clean and the bed was comfortable too. They even have mini e-bikes to cruise around on!This was our first time to California and we loved it. Spent some time going up the coast to Monterey, Yosemite, and Sequoia! The RV was a perfect size for my husband and I and handled well in all the landscapes that California has to offer. We would like to thank them for helping us create a lifetime of memories.I highly recommend renting this RV. You won't be disappointed. It really was nothing but the best!

This was our first trip to the east coast of the USA and our first experience hiring an RV.Charyl was an excellent host who went over and above to make sure our trip was excellent. The van is as advertised and worked without incident for a week whilst my partner, our 5 month old baby and I was able to explore the beautiful California coastline.As this was our first RV rental so was a little unsure what to expect but I would 100% recommend Charyl, Manny and this van. They were only too pleased to help us with great suggestions and recommendations which all worked out great so all in all a really good service from lovely people.

Charyl and Manny are A+ host! First, the RV is in FANTASTIC shape. Had all the emenities and lots of room for ours!!! They great thing was, they are believers in what it's for ... FUN! We had a couple of questions and their response was quick! This was our first time using Outdoorsy, and we hit the jackpot! If you're even thinking about renting, these are the host and the RV you want!

Big thank you to Charyl, for being so great to work with! The RV ran very smoothly, was clean and had all of the supplies we needed. Charyl went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and knew how to work everything. Hard to be back at work after our incredible RV trip.
