The experience with the Trailer itself was good. The registration was over a year overdue but we didn't have any issues with that. The batteries on the smoke detectors were low but we did rent the unit for 1 month. We did have issues with "cleaning" when returned. There were a few items that were missed, a little grease in the stove, dust in the unit, not power washing the exterior, and some dirty mattress covers. We discussed this and that there would be a charge for these items and that there would not be any issues if the price was realistic. It ended up being $250, in my opinion unrealistic. The unit was great but make sure it is clean, no exceptions, in and out. I have rented a few different trailers and I have never been asked to power wash the exterior. The items missed were about a half hour worth of cleaning and then a load of laundry. Just information given. We missed these items and got charged for it. Seems excessive.

This was a great rental and Melissa was great to work with. The trailer is new and spacious and met our needs very well. One of the anti-sway bars went missing the previous week, and the owner didn't have time to replace it before we picked up the trailer, but it towed well without it. We may rent this trailer again!
