Jessica is great... she was quick with all communication response. She delivered the camper to our campground in Foxborough, and was there setting up as we arrived. The RV was just as described. It was very clean considering it is a pet friendly RV (as a point of reference, we travel with two long-haired German Shepherds). While we travel pretty self-contained, she did provide an easy to set up dog fence, which was a good visual barrier to keep random wandering pets from venturing into our space... the RV also included twist-in stakes, long cable leashes, water bowls, and inside the camper, there is a cage to house your pet under the bunk... while it wasn't large enough for both or our dogs, it easily houses one crate trained dog of any size. We'll definitely use again when in the area. Highly recommended, and very accommodating. Thanks.

Trip went great, then immediately 15 mins after I left she filed a claim against me claiming I had damaged her camper. She provided the photos to the app , which were documented and time stamped before I even arrived at the camp site. Thankfully that happened because she 100% tried to accuse me of it, which is crazy. Camper was great & she was very nice until I left. Crazy situation, sorry it happened.

Jessica was very communicative! When she woke up day of us picking up camper, she noticed 2 tires were flat and she immediately got them both fixed! We were only delayed about 30 minutes! **which tires are sooo out of her control! But she did what any amazing host would do and quickly resolved the issue and let me know asap! I would 100% rent from her again! She was super helpful and friendly! Quick easy pick up and drop off!

We had a wonderful experience with our trip. Jessica was great and she did a really good job at explaining everything we had to to do to get the RV set up at our destination.
