About Claudia's RV rentals
John and I live in Napa California where we have a large extended family that includes 6 grandchildren. Our dog Charlie is a very important part of our family and loves going on adventures with us! John is retired from the Napa County Department of Corrections and I am retired from my job as HR Manager with a non-profit here in Napa. We love the California Coast and all the beautiful redwoods of Northern California. Renting our motorhome through Outdoorsy since the spring of 2019 has given us the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. When you choose our motorhome for your vacation we promise to give you the best possible customer service!

We were first time RVer's. Though we were only out for 4 nights, it was a big unknown for us. The support we got from our hosts made our adventure memorable and fun; from a driving lesson and guidance on picking a campground to helpful documentation and clearly labeled supplies and equipment. They truly thought of everything!

It was our first time in a RV and we had an amazing time during 3 weeks crossing California, Utah, Arizona and Nevada. The RV is really easy to drive and very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Communication, advice , recommendation with and from Claudia and John were very good and helpful.

We had a great experience, RV was highly maintained, owners were nice and responsive, we loved the personal touch they added.

Wow, what a great trip!! This was our first experience renting an RV and we were lucky to find Claudia and John and their perfect RV. As a first time renter, you don't necessarily have all the details and amenities as seasoned campers, but Claudia has equipped their RV with everything you need. It is truly like a hotel on wheels. Claudia and John were extremely helpful in the planning and coordination of the our trip and the setup and training on the RV. Next time I rent, Claudia and John will be my first call.

John and Claudia were outstanding hosts. The RV generator stopped working just days before we were planning to use it and they went out and purchased a portable generator to ensure our trip was a success. The RV had everything that we would need and so much room for storing our belongings too. The RV and everything in it was in excellent shape.

We loved our experience using John and Claudia's RV. It was our first time as a family going on an RV trip and we couldn't have picked a better place (Patrick's Point State Park in Humboldt County). Their RV had everything we needed - was very clean, very well organized, beds were very comfortable, RV was roomy. I especially appreciated all of the cooking tools, dishes, etc. - absolutely everything we needed for great culinary adventures after our hiking and tidepooling adventures. Just awesome! The hosts were super responsive when we had questions about how things worked. They also gave us great tips and clear instructions for dry camping (no hook-ups in CA state parks!) which really helped us manage our 5 days on the road. I might recommend, however, as beautiful as the CA state parks are, if you are new to RVing your first trip might be easier at a place like a KOA or RV park. We loved it and can't wait to do it again! Great memories for our daughter's 7th birthday!

Claudia made our 1st RV rental totally enjoyable ! She explained all of the pre-rental steps thoroughly and responded to questions very quickly. She and her husband provided a detailed orientation to their RV along with written guides on all of the essentials.The RV was well stocked, very well maintained, and immaculately clean. We would recommend Claudia's "Papa Bear RV Adventures" to anyone who wants a quality experience !!

We had an amazing time on our trip! Nothing but nice things to say about Claudia and John, they are fantastic hosts who really go out of their way to make sure their guests have everything they need for a great get-away. We mixed it up with "dry camping" at state parks and hook-up camping (water and electric) at RV parks, and both definitely have their pluses and minuses. Claudia and John were always available by phone or text if we had any problems or questions (luckily we didn't really!), and the RV was so well organized and stocked with everything we could need - we really had the most relaxing, care-free week! We traveled about 2 hours per day and set up in a new site almost every night, so we got to explore and also relax. The sleeping spaces were all very comfortable, with extra memory-foam toppers on the main bed and the dinette bed, so we slept like royalty. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend renting this RV - our whole experience was really top-notch!

I wanted to thank Claudia and John they made the trip great. The RV was perfect for a family of 6 and even though I worried that the bathroom wouldn't be big enough for me, it was just fine. The RV is well stocked with everything you need for a multi-day trip. The kids loved it.

RV was clean and as advertised. Claudia and John were great hosts where were really flexible and accommodating. We rented for 5 nights, did the early pick up, and everything went smoothly. Communication was top notch. The RV is packed with a lot of extras too (extra chairs, camp stove, s'mores sticks). Our family had a great time!! Thank you for the experience!

Happy to recommend this RV and its owners to anyone! Very easy to work with, extremely accessible for questions as we traveled. Super clean and very well stocked with anything you could ever need for a great vacation. I don't like to travel much, especially during these uncertain times but Claudia's ability to make this RV feel like a true home made my trip very easy and comfortable. Slept very well on the extra comfy beds too! Thank you for the great experience!
